DESCRIPTION:At the request of Ron Gordon(Gosport Branch)\, I have been asked to post the following information regarding the visit of the Chelsea Pensioners on May 3rd 2023. he has extended an invitation to our branch\, but asks that you please contact him to register your attendance. \nItinerary\nAhoy all \nJust a quick update on the information regarding the next branch meeting on May 3 in the RNA where we will be hosting the Chelsea Pensioners.  Below is the intended timeline: \n1600 RNA opens –  66 Fareham Road Gosport PO13 0AG \n1630 – Chelsea Pensioners arrive \n1800 –  Rear Admiral Simon Asquith arrives \nO/c   –  Welcome by Steve Thorpe\, Chairman Gosport SA \nO/c   – Food is served \n1845 – RSM to give short address (TBC) \nO/c   – Speech by Rear Admiral Simon Asquith \nO/c   –  Raffle to be conducted \n2000 – Chelsea Pensioners depart \nI hope we will have a large attendance\, surely free food will draw in the freeloading submariners. \nCan I request anyone attending wear Gosport SA attire or some form of submarine attire\, this doesn’t include Toga lol. \nLooking forward to seeing you all on May 3 from 1600 onwards. \nContact Email Click On Ron \nRon Gordon \n \n66 Fareham Road\nGosport\nPO13 0AG
